Acne & Acne Cream that worked for me

If you read my blog or watch my YouTube videos regularly then you probably already know that acne has become the bane of my existence.

Extreme, you might think. But to anyone who suffers from a painful face it’s the truth.

I had clear skin for most of my teens with only the occasional spot here and there. I hit my mud twenties and my face went crazy. My acne is hormonal and is generally centred around the sides of my mouth and under my jaw. I have tried so many products and often find one that works great for one breakout only never to work again.

Here is a little video on my experience with acne and a little bit of information on a cream that is working for me at the moment… who know if the relief will last but I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

    It still surprises me, how a lot of people have no idea about Acnezilax Secrets (just google it), although many people get good result with this natural acne remedy.     Guys, get rid your acne problem doesn’t need to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a natural acne treatment called Acnezilax Secrets (do a search on google). Seriously, that remedy has transformed my life. I probably shouldn’t even be talking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a good mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

    Have you tried taking birth control or an off brand of accutane which you can get from a dermatologist?? idk how it works over seas getting accutane like pills but its the only thing that worked for me and my skin was the exact same as yours. plus the accutane helps heal acne scars which i know are bad with pale skin cuz i have very pale skin myself. my skin is exactly the same as yours…idk if you wanna try a pill tho. i think that some accutane brands are still available…i know the actual accutane is off the market and it sounds kinda scary but like you said, when it come to painful acne sometimes you just dont care…haha this is like months after you posted this…

    I get the same cystic acne you described, also in my 20s. It was so relieving to hear that you struggle with the same thing, no one seems to understand the pain it causes even when they are mostly under the skin. I recently stopped eating wheat/gluten, after I found out I have an intolerance to it. My biggest hope was that it would clear my skin, and it did clear the large bumps I was getting on my upper back, so at least my back is clear! But my chin and forehead are still breaking out. I guess that suggests it’s hormonal? Is this product still helping you? I wonder if my forehead spots could be related to another allergy I’m unaware of. Do you only get it on your chin and not your forehead? And thanks so much! Love you videos!

    Hi Amy, Firstly I just want to thank you for making this video (and your long hair looks amazing in this video btw!).. I felt compelled to write to you because I am in a very similar boat to you, in that I had really good skin throughout my teens and twenties actually, but since turning thirty everything is changing. For me, I know that it’s hormonal, and it’s caused by a condition called Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome, or POS. Anyway, long story short, after coming off the contraceptive pill to try and start a family I started getting spots all over my chest and back, and a few on my face more recently. I went from dry sensitive skin, to oil slick and it really does get hard to cope with at times. I thought I was the only one, and for some strange reason it really helped me to hear that there are others experiencing the same thing. Sorry for going on about myself for so long, but thank-you once again. You’ve really helped me xox

    I have used benzoyl peroxide 2.5% and I love it but I do think that the worst part is the irritation. I use aloe vera gel in my moisturizer so it reduces the inflammation and I have always wanted something that has them two in one :) Thank you soooo much!!!!

    When using benzoyl peroxide, the best thing to do is to start off with the 2.5%, and then gradually increase the concentration of benzoyl peroxide if need be. Don’t start off by using 10% straight off!
