I should probably admit that whilst I have admired Ghost fragrances in the past this is actually the first one that has made it into my collection. Their scents are usually sophisticated and demure, which isn’t always what I go for in a fragrance. This one however is more me!
Ghost Moonlight is flirtier than any of their fragrances I have tested before. It’s girly but in an elegant way, there is not a hint of cheapness about it. When I first sprayed it it reminded me of a slightly more grown up version of Amor Amor by Cacharel – my fragrance of choice all through university. It’s classed as a floral oriental fragrance and I would say that describes in perfectly. It’s really quite a spicy, romantic scent.
Its spicy freshness comes from blending ginger, bergamot and cantaloupe with orange blossom, pink peony and subtle hint of Lily of the Valley. It is described as having white chocolate, Amber and Sandalwood base notes which add warmth and sweetness.
Ghost Moonlight retails at £25 for 30ml, £34 for 50ml and £46.50 for 75ml, all of which are Eau de Toilette.
