I have been hearing about new cosmetic company, FYF , through the grapevine. I was intrigued by their blushes, particularly the 3D flower type. Well luck for me I was sent a few things for blogging consideration. This isn’t a review, more a show and tell of sorts :)

And some close-ups…

Moisturising Lipstick Dewdrop – Naked $14/£9/€10.50
FYF claim their lipsticks provide a soft shiny gloss and hydrating lip balm…we’ll see. I’ll record a review video after a week of testing. I swiped this over my lips this morning and my initial impressions are that this lipstick is pigmented but the colour is awful on me. It’s a browny shade which would be a great nude for someone with a medium – dark skin tone. On me, corpse like. I will report back after further testing :)

Floral Blush Blossom – Summer Berry $19/£12/€14
The FYF Blossom is said to offer a matte finish and gives you a myriad of hues. I’m really looking forward to trying this one, although the berryness is a little scary to me. I’m wondering whether this will suit my skin tone. I haven’t tried it yet.

Nail Enamel Miracle Coat – Cape Town $9/£6/€6.75

The packaging is sleek and professional, not high end but rather better than drugstore. It actually reminds me a little of elf’s Studio Line.
FYF Nail polishes claim to be long lasting, acetone free and free of harmful chemicals, chip resistant, no clumping or thickening. Hm, that’s a bit of a tall order – will get testing.
FYF Make-up is a US company and their make-up is sold from their website Flawless You Forever. They ship to the UK and Ireland.
I posted an Outfit of the day post this morning in case you haven’t seen it :) Ignore the see-through skirt! ha I’ll be back later this afternoon with a review of a skincare product I really like at the moment.
Have you tried FYF cosmetics? What shade of nude lipstick suits your colouring?
* These products were sent to me for consideration. I have no affiliation with this company. All reviews are as usual my honest opinion, often brutal. In this case there’s no review, just a bit of a show and tell :)

This is really amazing post.
The blush looks beautiful- the kind of product you’d like to just keep forever and never actually use for fear of ruining its beauty!
I thought the same thing :)
Hi Amy,
the blushes look similar to the ones that fuschia make up sell. They are fab and highly pigmented.
E x
They’re probably the exact same product – I’ve just heard about private make-up companies that buy ready made products in, Don’t think Fuschia have their own line of make-up, they buy it in and brand it. I never knew any of this til today – I’m learning so much from readers :) x
That blush looks amazing! Im quite fair with golden brown hair and was looking for some lipstick recommendations. Im a teenager and dont even have any lipsticks but i want some but i dont want to look grannyish! Rimmel, 17, bourjois, gosh or brands like that would suit me pricewise. I love the Rimmel lipliner Eastend Snob. That colour seems to suit me.
Ooh that blush looks soooo pretty! Now I’m excited as Fleur from FleurdeForce is sending me some of their stuff to review as well, I can’t wait to try out that blush!! Great pictures by the way :) <3
I tried it a few minutes ago, pretty but a bit strong for my skin. Will probably look much better on your skintone…jealous! :) x
I’m not a fan of private label cosmetics after getting stung by Bee Luscious who coincidently sell those exact same blushes just a bit more expensive.
Wow didn’t know that – clearly I need to educate myself on private label cosmetics, wasn’t familiar with the term. Thanks Kelly!
Lol at the nail polish name – Cape Town is where i come from :)
Haha I actually thought of you when I read the name on the box :)
