Ever since I poured a smidge of my Dad’s Rituals Bath Oil in my bath water at the age of eight I have been addicted to luxury bath products. I have never really bothered with shower products until fairly recently.I tend to stick to natural soaps for my body. I find them brilliant for keeping my skin soft and moisturised. Usually shower gels are too drying for me. But on occasion I like to dabble in something a little flouncier. It depends on the kind of day I’ve had really. Some days call for something a little more heavy duty.
Clarins Eau de Jardin Shower Gel This is really energising. It’s like a bouquet burst into your shower with citrus raining down. I got mine from Gordons chemist online. I liked it so much that I got some more from Santa.
Roger & Gallet Bois d’Orange This can be used by men or women. It’s not orangey in the fruity, sunshine sense. It’s soft and woody, quite unusual really. I usually buy Roger & Gallet products from my local pharmacy but this particular one came in my GlossyBox.
Neom Sensuous Body Wash is fragrances with Ylang Ylang, Frankincense & Patchouli. This a large 240 ml bottle and a little goes a long way. For the natural days this is a good option for me. It smells like essential oils which isn’t every ones cup of tea. I buy mine from Neom Organics (£18) It’s made from 74% certified organic ingredients; 26% natural ingredients.
By the way my favourite shower soap at the moment is from The Handmade Soap Co Lavendar, Mint, Rosemary and Thyme Soap which is €4.50. I have lost count of the number of times I have repurchased this one.
I am not really loyal to many brands, I like to experiment too much. So if you have shower recommendations let me know!
