Skin Savior: Skin Repair Oil

Lately I have been reaching for products that will help repair my skin. I’m thinking post-baby tummy here. The skin has almost tightened all the way but I have been helping it along for the past 8 weeks. Viridian Skin Repair Beauty Oil has been my savior. It can also be used on stretchmarks.

It comes in a glass bottle with a pump which means no mess. It also means that the ingredients can’t be affected by light and oxygen.

It’s designed to reduce the appearance of stretch marks, scarring and uneven skin tone. The oil contains a host of nourishing, natural ingredients:
  • Organic Sunflower Seed Oil
  • Organic Rosehip Oil
  • Organic Jojoba Oil
  • Organic Borage Seed Oil
  • Organic Wheatgerm Oil
  • Organic Calendula Flower Oil
  • Organic Lavender Angustifolia Oil
  • Vitamin E

And that’s the entire ingredient list! If I was to make my own body oil these ingredients are exactly what I would use. It’s also suitable for vegans and it’s certified organic.

Although it’s an oil it’s not greasy and absorbs very easily. I apply a couple of pumps in the morning and before bed. My skin is bouncing back so I have no complaints! If anything, I wish I had found this during pregnancy to help prevent the damn stretchmarks in the first place.

Any fans of nourishing oils?
