Browse the product listings.
If you find an items you would like to buy or swap you can contact the “Seller” using the contact form provided on the item details page. You can also view the sellers location and access their profile to see what other items they have available.
Ask questions.
When inquiring about an item, ask about the condition, color and ingredients of the item. Remember, it is up to you to determine the quality of the item. Ask what the person would like to sell or swap for it.
Reach an agreement.
Both parties must agree on the terms of the swap or sale
Exchange addresses.
Each party should send out their end of the swap within 7 days of the agreement unless otherwise discussed. If there is a delay, inform the other party immediately.
Clean/pack items carefully. Clean your items before sending them out. Use bubble wrap to pack items to prevent shipping damage.
Update your Items List.
Send an email to the other person indicating that their package arrived. The swap or sale is complete when both parties receive their end of the swap or sale.
