I hate to admit it but I watch the Oscars for the dresses. I’m all about a good gúna!
There were load of gorgeous dresses but my favourite was Sandra Bullock. Her dress was exquisite. Love the hair, love the lipstick, love everything! I love vintage handmade lace. It’s so delicate and elegant.
I wonder would she lend it to me. It’s be worth the weird stares at Tesco!
Who was your Oscar night favourite?
Penney’s €5. Absolute bargain!
Blue and white dress: Penneys childrens department
Hairband: Claire’s €3.50
Sun dress: Penneys €7
This is what happens when I got in to Penneys /Primark for towels!
I have braved the Maxi Dress. Yes, all 5 foot 3 of me! This dress is 2 sizes too big for me, as you can see from the picture it’s just dangling. It’s about 4 inches too wide at the waist which is not a good look for me. I need to go find one that fits well. It’s also quite low cut so I’ll have to be careful :)
I bought this is Next. I can’t remember the last time I was even in that shop before today. I wonder could a tailor cinch in the waist for me. Or maybe I should just throw a waist cinching belt around it.
What’s your thoughts on maxi’s?
After my nice break I’m back to blogging regularly!
I’m having difficulty getting my holiday photos from my camera, lost the cable! Uh Oh! So I decided to blog about some items that I am hoping to add to my wardrobe this week.
I ordered both of these, one in navy one in grey. I know,I know, self control is the order of the day. I’ll probably send the one I like least back. They look like they fit well. They cost £40 each.
I saw a girl in a shopping centre wearing these and I had to ask her where she got them, they looked amazing sexy on. They’re from Aldo. Will start the search tomorrow.
From www.asos.com I love these dresses, it’s so dainty!
So these are the items I will be hunting this week. When I started typing this entry I was only thinking about the blazers, by the end I bought 2! What is wrong with me?! :)
