The Most Uplifting Milk Bath

As you know, I’m a fan of baths. I like experimenting with different oils and ingredients that suit my sensitive skin and enhance mood. I have been having one of these baths as a treat since Christmas. The oil blend used a very uplifting and put me in a good mood. The milk is great for sensitive or irritated skin.

All you need:

  • 4 Drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
  • 5 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Milk

Mix the ingredients together and add into a warm bath stirring with your hand (Make sure the bath isn’t too hot).

I think I’ll treat myself to one of these baths this evening, my skin is need of some therapy!
